The Services division's mission is to design, develop, deploy and maintain W3C Web Standards based Services for the individual to small business clients; to leverageBSD, MIT, LGPL, APSL, and GPL based licensed software to provide the best of breed solution to a problem or a set of problems which meet the clients needs. These solutions can range from basic static personal sites for individual use to small business deployed sites needing the added power and leverage that dynamic web publishing offers their internal and external business requirements.
Contracting services to mid-size and large corporations, when resources are available to meet the needs of one or both will be extended on a project by project proposal basis. Our consulting services comes from working within the Enterprise Markets and are very familiar with those environments. We just feel the individual to small-business markets are where future growth opportunities for our resources has the highest return on investment and allows us to grow our client base more rapidly than directly competing within the Fortune 1000 markets.
Individual to small-business markets also provide a testing ground for our Spherical Consulting Model which provides all team members opportunities to take on a lead or subordinate role, from project to project and the responsibilities of either role, with the benefits that each role is equally critical, though differentiated by overall compensation from project to project. It is a round-robin approach to challenging all members to learn different areas of leadership, project management and support.
